Arizona Administrative Code requires that real estate schools maintain certain information on students who attend classes. Per A.A.C. R4-28-404(D), the school shall maintain a record for five years of each student attending the school. The record shall include: (1) The name of each student; (2) The dates of attendance; (3) The title of each course taken; (4) the course number, category, and credit hours awarded; (5) The final grade or score in each prelicensure course; and (5) the original signature roster for each course or course segment taught.
Regarding this web site, we only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via your registration, via email or via other direct contact from you. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We may share this information with Arizona Department of Real Estate or other regulatory agencies governing our conduct, the management and staff of the entities where our courses are administered or held, our teachers and support staff (including independent contractor service providers as well as employees), and industry affiliates. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new classes, services, products, opportunities, industry issues, or changes to this privacy policy.
Arizona Course Providers' and Online Course Providers' online stores are hosted by third party vendors and each has access to aggregated information about the school's customers in order for the web hosting companies to analyze performance and make improvements to their products. Credit card processing is via PayPal or via Authorize.net using Bank of America Merchant Services, which has access to your personal information as needed to process your credit card payment.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You may do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website to see what data we have about you, if any; change/correct any data we have about you; have us delete any data we have about you (unless we are required to keep such data per the regulations under which Arizona Course Providers / Online Course Providers is governed); or express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Registration for online classes is done online, and users are required to provide certain information (such as name, license number, mailing address, email address and telephone number). We request this information from you via registration and enrollment forms. To do business with us online, you must provide contact information (like name, phone number, email address and mailing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date, billing address of your credit card). This information is used for billing purposes, to secure your enrollment in the class, and to generate course completion certificates. If we have trouble processing your registration or need to notify you of a change regarding your class, we'll use this information to contact you. Our transaction receipts show only the last four digits of your credit card number.
Alternative Choice
Individuals who wish to use methods other than online enrollment may submit requests by telephone to (480) 949-1000, by email to registrations@onlinecourselink.com, or by U.S. mail addressed to Online Course Providers, 13421 E Chicago Street, Chandler, AZ 85225. (Although you may register using an alternative method, payment in full must be received before you start your classes).
Updating Personal Information
